Title: Portals of Discovery
Rating: PG
Characters/Pairings: Remus/Sirius
Spoilers/Warnings: Erm, spoilers for Harry Potter I suppose. The third/fourth/fifth books specifically. As for warnings, beware a totally screwed up timeline-- I've got no idea when this happens, and while it's not wildly AU I may have strayed from canon to put Remus and Sirius in Grimmauld Place when I wanted them there; I'm honestly not sure!
Summary: He shouldn’t be so surprised that he is somehow swallowing unsaid words without wanting to, but Sirius still manages to shock him into certain reactions. Remus and Sirius readjust to each other post-Azkaban and pre-veil.
Notes: For anothersaturday, on the glorious occasion of the anniversary of her birth. I was so totally neurotic about this fic that I emailed it to her, instead of posting, but she effectively squashed my paranoia with her squee, so I decided to go ahead and post. Title gacked from a James Joyce quote (A man's errors are his portals of discovery), largely because it sounded cool.

( Now the bitterness has increased tenfold, and it is strange and foreign and painful to hear it in the middle of the kitchen.. )

Quite some time ago, I started posting presidential macros to political_macro. But these weren't just any macros. Oh no! They were historical macros.

I can hear the huddled masses now-- oh amazingly_me, where can we find these macros?

( I'm a benevolent dictator, no worries! They're right under this cut. Truthfully I'm mostly keeping them here so I remember which presidents I've done and which I haven't, but that's okay! Someone else might want to see them, you never know! ;] )

Happy Holidays raaby_lilly! Here's your gift fic -- a bit of Booth/Brennan fluff. Somehow when I write for you, I always end up experimenting, haha. So! This is quite short, and I feel bad about that. I'll probably write you something a little longer, or make you some icons or something, to supplement. :P

Notes: Like I said, trying something new here. I couldn't really tell you why, or where I was going with it, but I don't mind how it turned out. I hope you don't either, raaby_lilly. Your posts always make me grin -- I love your enthusiasm and your...I don't know. Inclusiveness? You're just very open with your enthusiasm and I love it. :D

I am suddenly ficcing at an almost alarming rate, and I do promise to reply to the comments on my other fic SOON-TIMES. Because I adore comments, and want to encourage them to the best of my internetly abilities.

Summary: Lily considered the odds of getting a word in edgewise (at the very least 5:1, and getting worse every second). Lily and the Marauders make cookies.
Notes: I started writing this zillions of years ago, stumbled across it the other day, and decided it had to be polished and posted. I am so fond of Harry Potter, guys. I miss it. *sigh*

Warnings/Spoilers: Just spoilers for the movie in general. But I'm sure you were expecting that. ;]
Summary: "Good morning," Pepper says pleasantly. The woman starts. "Your clothes have been dry-cleaned. I'll give you a minute to change." Pepper shows five women from five different fandoms to the door.
Notes: The first Tony/Pepper story I ever wrote, finally posted to my journal.

Summary: Gordon’s mother, pale and thin and startlingly loyal, will not pack her bags. “One more spring,” she says.
Notes: For visiblemarket because she got me thinking about Gordon, and also because I should not distract people with links to essays when they're trying to write. :P Also? This is 200 words exactly, and I'm psyched. On the downside, I have...no idea if it's any good. Also, if there's any canon backstory for Gordon, I'm sure I've just stomped all over it. So!

Summary: Nine year old Bruce and Rachel play games, and Rachel declares her independence. Gross boys.
Notes: Um. Because Little!Bruce playing pirates would be adorable? And also because I tend to forget that before Bruce and Rachel were, you know, pining or whatever, they were friends. 139 words.
